Rogue Royalty by Meghan March

These reviews are hard to write. I don't want to use names, best going in completely blind. I don't want to reference too much. Basically, I don't want to ruin the experience of the journey. But I will say this...Meghan March has delivered another captivating trilogy that will keep you guessing all the way through. And you get glimpses of Mount...so there is that bonus.

Intrigue, sex, loyalty, heartbreak, decisions, love, hate...all of the emotions that are found within us are tested in this, the final installment of the Savage Trilogy. You will experience it all. You will find yourself guessing what you thought you knew to be true and replacing it with what you KNOW to be true, only to be wrong again. It's a game of cat and mouse...and you are hoping for more than one winner. It's always hard to wrap up a trilogy but I want to go on record saying that was one of my very favorite endings...felt completely sated, no spoiler...just a teary eyed smile. Always ready for more from this author...can't wait.

Worth The Risk by K. Bromberg

Single hot dad, burned before, chip on his shoulder, smoldering hot...last name Malone. CHECK please. This installment had me swooning, sweltering, cheering, tossing my kindle, and possibly yelling at the characters to just SPEAK up and let each other know what is REAL and RIGHT in front of them. Frustrating, but not to the point of wanting to stop reading. The perfect frustration that keeps you totally connected to the story. Wanting two stubborn fools to fumble their way into a future they have both earned through experience. A family in the making as only K. Bromberg can deliver. And being able to peek into the lives of past hot ass Malones...always a bonus. Are there more brothers we don't know about, cousins, their kids can get stories. I need more...

Bane by L.J Shen

How many ways can you say "this one is my favorite by this author"? I don't know. But every single time I open a new L.J Shen book these are the words that come out of my mouth when I get to the end. Bane is frustrating. Loyal. Hard. A criminal. BUT...you love him. He's also soft. Caring. Real. And the hurt he has been served created the hard coating that everyone is privy to, but the very few people who really know him, know he is good.

This book ran me through the gamete of emotions. Pulling one out and as quickly as it came it leaves with another presenting itself. Words are a powerful tool when used correctly, and let me tell you Ms. Shen wields them like a sharpened sword. Taking everyone down in a single swoop, sometimes leaving you feeling bloodied, bruised and battered. Other times you feel like you are the hero that just won the battle. To be able to take the unlikable, even despicable characters and make you fall head over heels in love with them, more than that you want to see them get everything life has to offer. Powerful thing to behold and be a part of...and reminds me with every page why I am an addicted, obsessed reader.

Divorce Diet by K.S. Adkins

Let's start with this...I have always envied the "divorce diet" for one reason or another. Maybe due to my fat roll hanging over the jeans or the hubs is just driving me to point of complete frustration that it sounds like heaven. But this version as told by Ms. Adkins had me just feel sad and incomplete. Eddie and Pharis were two halves of a whole and apart they didn't function as they should. Enter humor, badassness and loyalty as only K.S. Adkins can deliver.

I laughed, felt the heart strings pulled and gasped when the story took a K.S. turn. What does that mean? Read her books and you will find out. She pulls you in. Delivers the one two punch. And leaves you happier and tougher than you were when you started. It's like a "how to" for anyone that wants to find their lady balls. I loved it. You get it all, and wash it down with a cold beer. Cheers Kelly.

Jock Row by Sara Ney

This book was a sweet, banter filled, college romance (which I happen to adore) that left me with a smile on  my face and another book under my reader belt. Rowdy and Scarlett had amazing chemistry, and the way they met made me LOL. The back and forth had me flipping the pages at warp speed. Sometimes awkward but all the time endearing. Rowdy was so awesome...Scarlett was adorable and together they were just cuteness overload. Angst low. Jock high. Cockblocker CHECK. I am excited to read more in this series. Sara Ney always brings humor and heart to her stories and this one had it..

Defile by Jessica Prince

He wants to win me.
He wants to own me.
He wants to defile me.

Safe readers need not apply. But let me say this to you...You miss SO many amazing stories of love conquering all by playing it "safe" life isn't safe. It's dirty, nasty, gritty, choices get made that have consequences that are felt way after the buzz settles. This is one reason I love reading all stories. It reminds me that love can come out of pain, that you can rise even when the bottom is ripped out from under you. Your strength tested over and over and still you stand. Amazing. Strong. And better than you were before. This story was a testament of all those things and like every Jessica Prince book I have read..I loved it!

Declan and Tatum were first loves that were destined to be forever right out of the gates but life has a funny way of creating havoc in well laid plans. The ride was worth every single stomach flip. I can't wait for the next ansty, beautiful, funny, love filled story that Ms. Prince releases.
