Being in a relationship that doesn't always look the way you think it should, or hell even know it should is rough. I know.. Life throws curve balls and "what if" scenarios that you have to find your own answers to and I completely connected with not only these characters but their situations. Although it was different than my own, it still stung true in parts. What we know to be true and what we let become our normal don't always match. Of course it didn't fall into line with a famous, hot AF, rich Hollywood bad boy, but it did include my version of it. :)
Corinne Michaels has long been an auto read author for me. She meshes friendship, love, heartbreak and true heart into her stories and I feel it as I read them. Real life scenarios play out in front of you, word by word, that keep you riveted to the story unfolding. The pain, heartache, love and joy that is brought out on the pages.. A testament to the author and how she makes you forget it's fiction and get completely swept away. I'm always anxiously awaiting what adventure I will be taken on by Ms. Michaels and Noah was total perfection for me.
